Dear visitors, welcome to the International Centre for Education and Social Reintegration (ICESR) website. The purpose of this website is to enable visitors to immerse themselves in the importance placed on solving socio-economic problems both nationally and internationally through the various actions carried out. PRESENTATION
Faced with the deterioration of the standard of living of the population in general, and in particular that of the most disadvantaged strata of underdeveloped countries, In the face of the deterioration of the standard of living of the population in general, and in particular of the most disadvantaged sections of the underdeveloped countries, a group of natural persons decides to make their modest contributions to the efforts of the social partners and governments in the fight against poverty. Thus, under the leadership of Mr. Léon Kodjo Amèvo HOUNDJAGO, an association called, International Center for Education and Social Reinsertion (CIERS) was born at the end of a large Statutory Assembly dated January 15, 2006. L The association was officially recognized on November 22, 2007 under No. 1061 / MAT / SG / DAPOC / DOCA and appeared in the Official Journal on January 1, 2008.

In order to pursue its objectives successfully, the association in its administrative procedures was recognized as a development NGO on July 11, 2012. It should be noted that the sensitive actions carried out by the organization and the spirit of partnership development prompted the request for a headquarters agreement with the Togolese Government. Thus, on August 31, 2018, a Program Agreement No. 802 / MPD / 2018 was signed between the Togolese Government and the International Center for Education and Social Reinsertion. In the extension of a regional network, CIERS is now a member of the Federation of NGOs in Togo (FONGTO).
